Service Description: 20 Hour Service - an initial service check for new outboard motors that includes a 10 point service check performed by a certified outboard technician.

The 20-hour check is a maintenance milestone for all new boat owners.
The proper timing and execution of this service could affect the performance for years to come and should not be overlooked or performed by unqualified technicians.
This service is designed for new outboard owners to ensure that the engine is operating and maintained according to manufacturer specifications.
During the 20-Hour Check our certified technicians will perform the following tasks:
Checking/replacing engine oil & filter
Checking/replacing lower unit oil & seals
Replacing fuel/water separator (if equipped)
Clean or replace spark plugs (if needed)
Inspect propeller for damage
Grease prop shaft
Inspect prop shaft for fishing line
Grease all pivot points
Complete diagnostic reading with manufacturer’s proprietary software
Check Fuel lines for any cracking or wear
Remove Lower unit/replace impeller
Inspect and Test Batteries – Inspect charging system and cables.
Report any findings to Owner and develop an action plan if needed.
