31st Annual Fall King of the Beach Kingfish Tournament

The Old Salt King of the Beach is one of the largest, richest and, certainly, most exciting king mackerel fishing tournaments in the United States. Eligible species limited to King Mackerel and must measure at least 30” from nose to fork.

Old Salt King of the Beach is a weight-based tournament. Anglers, regardless the division, will present their King Mackerel and Spanish Mackerel at the weigh-in on Saturday November 9, 2024. All paid places in each division are determined by the weight of the fish presented at the weigh-in. The heaviest fish in each division is deemed the winner in that division. Additional paid places in each division are awarded on weight as well, heaviest fish to lightest fish weighed.

Held in both Spring & Fall, and spread out over 3 days, The KING is a combination fishing tournament & waterfront festival drawing upwards of 600 teams competing for a share of over $300,000 in prizes, thousands of attendees & visitors , live music-boats-fishing gear-apparel-food & beverages AND all capped off on Tournament Day where fish are weighed and monies are paid with the crowning of the 2024 Fall KING.

Early Online Registration (8/5-8/26): $250/Team (Members)

Standard Online Registration: $350.00/Team (Members); $425/Team (Non Members)
